Your responsibilities as a construction site manager:
With a keen eye for the big picture and the details, you will ensure that agreed schedules, quality standards, and safety standards are adhered to on construction sites. This includes the following tasks:
- Independent management and coordination of construction sites, including personnel management and resource utilization
- Preparation of test reports and maintenance of QM documentation
- Coordination with internal and external project participants
- Active participation in internal improvement processes
- If necessary, you can also lend a hand with the assembly work yourself.
Your profile
This position is suitable for you if you see every task as a new challenge and enjoy working in a team. In addition, you ideally have the following qualifications:
- You have completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) or similar.
- You have several years of verifiable professional experience in the assembly of piping systems and steel construction.
- You can easily read technical drawings and isometric diagrams.
- You have leadership skills and organizational talent.
- Reliability and conscientiousness are a matter of course for you.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills.
- You are flexible and willing to travel.
