David Minten, 31
Locksmith / construction mechanic
David is in his element when it comes to steel and stainless steel. As a foreman, David works with his team to build a wide variety of plant components and plans the tasks in the plant together with the plant manager. Incidentally, David's career at ME Metall began with an internship. However, that was a while ago. Since then, he has successfully completed his training as a construction mechanic with us and can look back on around 10 years of company history together.
Memis Kivanc, 21
Construction mechanic apprentice
Memis is currently starting his career at ME Metall. As a first-year apprentice, he is getting a very clear view during his training when it comes to the expert production of individual plant components for the most diverse branches of industry. But for Memis there is not only theory, incidentally also in parallel block instruction at the vocational college, but also a lot of practice. From the very beginning, he has the opportunity to work everywhere and to be involved with commitment.
Paul Pickardt, 24
Locksmith / construction mechanic
When Paul is at work, he is a master craftsman. The trained locksmith and construction mechanic is currently studying for his master's degree. This is an advanced training course that we are happy to support. Paul started his career atME Metall with his apprenticeship in 2016. Good performance led to an early and successful completion of his apprenticeship and to the fact that today, in addition to his locksmith work, he operates CNC-controlled machines like no other. With his master craftsman's diploma in his pocket, he will continue to work with ME Metall in the future.

She draws valves and develops new solutions for all customer requirements together with her team. Nowadays, the drawing board gets replaced by the Inventor software. Sarah has been designing a wide variety of solutions for RBU every day for the past 7 years, and is always happy when things work out successfully.
